My luggage was stolen and later found and one of the exits at the Nugget. They insist their employees had nothing to do with it, what I keep trying to get across is that I had my claim ticket the entire time, how did my luggage leave the Bell Desk.

They aren't taking any responsibility, they just want to give me $500.00. Which doesn't come close to the amount that was stolen. What an insult. I will pursue with our Attorney.

They will pay $500 and then some.

Debra Yost in the Risk Department is of no help whatsoever. Very disappointed, I will never stay or gamble at the Nugget again, and will advise all family and friends to stay away from the Nugget.
